What to expect after Vitamin Injections

Before your treatment

- Stay well hydrated
- Avoid alcohol
- Eat normally (do not attend on an empty stomach)

After your treatment
First 24 hours
- Avoid touching or rubbing the injection site
- Avoid strenuous exercise
- Avoid alcohol
- Keep the area clean
- Mild soreness is normal
48 – 72 hours post treatment
- Any redness or swelling should settle
- Bruising (if present) may take a few days to resolve
- You can return fully to normal activities
