| Consultations |
| A consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability, discuss expectations, contraindications, and aftercare. Certain treatments may require medical history review or patch testing before proceeding. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be redeemable against treatment if booked within 2 weeks |
| Bookings & Deposits |
| All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. Booking fees may be deducted from the final treatment cost at the discretion of the practioner. |
| Cancellation & Rescheduling |
| A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. Same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost. |
| Mobile & Home Visit Policy |
| Skin Tone Clinic operates as a mobile and home/location-visit service. Clients are responsible for parking charges, congestion charges, travel costs, providing suitable access and space for treatment. Parking and travel fees will be discussed and fees raised as neccessary. Skin Tone Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if the environment is unsuitable, unsafe, unhygienic, or lacks appropriate lighting, seating or space. Children, pets or interruptions must not interfere with treatment or clinical safety. Pets should be kept in a seperate room completely from where treatment is commencing and should not interact with Skin Tone Clinic practitioners without prior confirmation with the practitioner prior to the visit. |
| Lateness |
| Clients who delay their treatment time may receive a shortened treatment or require rebooking depending practitioner availability. A delay on the clients' part of more 10+ minutes may be treated as a missed appointment with the 100% cost of the appointment to be due in full, including practitioner travel & parking costs. |
| Suitability for Treatments |
| All treatments are subject to professional assessment. Skin Tone Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where clinically unsuitable or unsafe. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding status and previous treatments. |
| Results & Expectations |
| Treatment results vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyles, medical history and aftercare compliance. Results cannot be guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal outcomes. |
| Aftercare & Client Responsibility |
| Aftercare advice must be followed carefully to reduce and optimise results. Failure to follow professional advice may affect healing and treatment outcomes. |
| Payments |
| Bank transfer is the preferred payment method. Booking / Consultation fees must be paid at time of booking. Full payment is required on the day of the treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. |
| Photography & Confidentiality |
| Client information and photographs are handled confidentially in accordance with GDPR. Before and after photographs will only be used with signed consent. |
| Right to Refuse Treatment |
| Skin Tone Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client where treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, or outside professional scope of practice. |
