MODELS

Models must be willing to allow themselves to be photographed /video recorded before, during and after treatments for promotional/publicity use by SKIN:TONE.

Models shall be required to sign a waiver/disclaimer for the videos/photographs before treatments begin.   Models MUST complete a Client Consultation form fully and honestly before commencing with any treatments/packages.

IMPORTANT -- Models are required to call least 72 hrs before booking a treatment to discuss suitability for the treatment.  Where a model does not discuss his/her suitability before a treatment and is later found unsuitable, the treatment will remain chargeable in full and  any payments made shall not be refundable.​

A non refundable 50% booking fee is required for all bookings - mandatory for single session treatments

For Cancellations / Rebooking within 24 hours pre-appointment, no refund of balance shall be given.

For Cancellation / Rebooking  between 24-48 hours pre-appointment,  a 25% cancellation fee shall be applied. (plus the 50% booking fee shall be retained).  The balance 25% may be allocated to the next scheduled appointment provided it is arranged  within 2 weeks of the initial appointment.  

 

No Shows shall not be refundable - 100% of the treatment cost shall be retained by SKIN TONE.

Late Arrivals (upto 10 minutes late), may get partial treatment (at the therapist/aestheticians discretion) depending on the time available in the scheduled appointments - 100% of the treatment cost shall be retained by SKIN TONE.

Late Arrivals,  after the scheduled time, shall be classed as No Shows and no refund shall be due - 100% of the treatment cost shall be retained by SKIN TONE.
